Can I return a product purchased on the usbll.shop website?

You may return any product ordered from the usbll.shop website within 30 calendar days after the date of delivery for a refund. The item(s) must be unopened, in the original packaging and accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RMA). Please reach out to the customer service team at [email protected] to request your RMA before anything is shipped back. Returns without an RMA will be returned to shipper.

Items returned after 30 days will be in the form of a store credit.

The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
